Global Director of Data & Analytics Product Management

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Director of Data & Analytics Product Management to join our Royal Canin team. As a key member of our Global Data & Analytics Team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our End-To-End Supply Chain Data & Analytics strategy, vision, and roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and manage the Royal Canin Global End-To-End Supply Chain Data & Analytics Strategy, Vision, and Roadmap.
  • Interface with Global, Regional, and Market Operations Leaders across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Commercial to identify and shape the Analytics Product Portfolio.
  • Help establish, support, and reinforce a best-in-class data-driven culture within Royal Canin, while evangelizing a product-led mindset and fostering a new way of delivering Data & Analytics products for speed and maximum impact.
  • Partner with the Global & Regional Data & Analytics Leadership teams to ensure alignment and consistency in the creation of a Global roadmap for the highest-impact analytical product areas.
  • Understand the key signature processes and strategic & operational decision-making forums to enable successful data & analytics products embedment and adoption by the business users.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, STEM subjects, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Data & Analytics.
