- Ensure the Catering and Retail operation continually improves and meets the required service level agreements.
- Manage the Catering and Retail team to ensure they are engaged and motivated, and that they have the necessary skills and training to perform their roles effectively.
- Manage any third-party suppliers or contractors to ensure they meet or exceed the agreed service level agreements.
- Knowledge of working in a management role within the soft FM service industry.
- Leadership skills and knowledge.
- Ability to display a real passion for food and customer service.
- Financial and commercial acumen.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good computer skills.
