Job Title: Revenues Officer

Job Summary:

The CRA GROUP LIMITED is seeking a skilled Revenues Officer to join their team. As a key member of the Welfare & Benefits service, you will be responsible for administering Housing Benefit and Council Tax Support schemes in accordance with Government legislation and local policy.


Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret and apply new legislation to the Council as required
• Maintain confidentiality with regard to personal information, adhering to the Data Protection Act
• Utilize technology and software packages to deliver a Technical Support & Controls function


Requirements:

• Experience in delivering a Technical Support & Controls function, with technical expertise in software utilised by revenues & benefits
• Proven ability to undertake bulk processes for revenues and/or benefits, including annual billing / uprating, direct debit and payment management


Working Hours:

37 hours per week, 08:30am – 17:00pm
