Your Team

You will be part of our Vehicle Engineering division, where we design and implement vehicle systems and platforms that translate our software into real-world applications.

Your Responsibilities

As a Process Engineer within the Vehicle Engineering division, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and refining effective processes for the Vehicle Engineering division, enhancing existing workflows, and establishing new methodologies to ensure scalability and uniformity across all initiatives.
  • Creating and updating process documentation, templates, and tools to support the activities of the Vehicle Engineering team, ensuring thorough and consistent engineering practices.
  • Collaborating with broader Engineering and Safety teams to guarantee that the necessary information and documentation are generated to support ongoing projects.
  • Keeping abreast of the latest industry quality standards and requirements.
  • Implementing processes to ensure compliance with Tisax accreditation and PAS1881 standards.

Qualifications

Essential Skills:

  • Proven experience in establishing and integrating engineering processes within technical teams.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities.
  • Capability to design logical structures within documentation templates for user-friendliness and adoption.
  • Experience in developing hardware assembly manual frameworks for seamless updates and final delivery to clients.
  • Skill in identifying process constraints and failure points, coupled with the ability to devise practical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a low-volume vehicle development and manufacturing setting, demonstrating a balance between speed and thoroughness.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a product development environment within the OEM or technology sectors.
  • Background in engineering process enhancement.
  • Experience in creating testing protocols and Design Verification Plans.
  • Experience working collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with preparing for external audits of systems and processes.
  • Proficiency in using Jira.
  • Knowledge of PAS1881, TISAX, ISO9001, or similar standards.
