Position Overview

QUALITY ASSURANCE LINESIDE SPECIALIST

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quality Assurance Lineside Specialist to enhance production efficiency by identifying and mitigating potential disruptions that may hinder the operational team from achieving their objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE LINESIDE SPECIALIST:

The primary duty of the Quality Assurance Lineside Specialist involves conducting thorough quality assessments at critical checkpoints, including final inspections and out-of-sequence tasks. Additional responsibilities include:

  • Implementing containment measures, documentation, and corrective actions
  • Identifying and reporting non-conformities
  • Conducting investigations to determine root causes

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Proven quality assurance experience in a significant manufacturing environment
  • Prior roles in Lineside or Quality Inspection
  • Expertise in root cause analysis methodologies
  • Experience on the shop floor is advantageous
