About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Exeter team. As a Project Manager at Flagship Consulting, you will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, overseeing junior team members, and contributing to business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction
  • Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and drive growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to improve project outcomes

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in the built environment, with a proven track record of managing projects
  • Strong knowledge of JCT/NEC forms of contract and ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Working towards professional qualifications, such as MRICS, MAPM, or MCIOB
