About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Sales Engineer to join our team at Navtech Radar. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a vital role in supporting sales and ensuring the successful adoption of our radar solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide in-depth technical knowledge and expertise on our radar solutions to assist customers and partners around the globe in understanding and evaluating our products.
  • Organize and execute technical product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our solutions to potential clients.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their specific needs and tailor our solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Train partners, consultants, and system integrators on the technical aspects of our products, enabling them to effectively promote and sell our solutions.
  • Gather and relay valuable customer feedback and insights to the Product Manager, contributing to product enhancements and new developments.
  • Present our technology at events and trade shows, highlighting technical advantages and applications.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that technical questions and challenges are addressed during the sales process.
  • Liaise with and respond promptly to enquiries by both phone and email, understanding the project and customer requirements.
  • Coordinate documentation associated with tender enquiries and customer visits.
  • Assist with commercial contracts and coordinate Purchase Order Agreement signoffs and handovers to the Project Delivery Department.
Requirements
  • Desire to learn and understand the technical products we develop and the applications they serve.
  • Technical background with an engineering or business qualification.
  • Willing to travel internationally from time to time to work with customers and partners.

  • High level of curiosity, with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to identify and resolve technical challenges during the sales process.
