Job Title: Head of Legal Practice

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Legal Practice to join our team at Jameson Legal. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall compliance with the terms and conditions of our CLC authorisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective compliance policies and procedures to ensure the firm's ongoing SRA authorisation.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance and client-facing quality of service to ensure service levels are met.
  • Collaborate with the firm's Head of Conveyancing and Directors to report on compliance and internal policy creation.
  • Oversee and sign off all lead generation and service advertisements to ensure all relevant CLC marketing requirements are met.
Requirements:
  • Must be a qualified Solicitor, chartered legal executive or licensed conveyancer with at least 6 years' PQE.
  • Hybrid working out of either our Norwich or Derby offices.
  • Must have had at least two years in a compliance role working in a legal practice dealing with client complaints, KYC and money laundering procedures, and firm-wide risk assessments.
