Position Overview
As a key player in our manufacturing operations, you will be responsible for assembling high-quality products utilized in underwater technology, including sonar systems and current measurement devices.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assemble products from PCB level through to final units, adhering to engineering specifications.
  • Interpret and follow wiring schedules, utilizing appropriate testing equipment to verify assembled components.
  • Identify and report any discrepancies in specifications or designs to the relevant supervisors or engineering teams.
  • Ensure all tasks are executed in compliance with the established Quality System procedures and standards.
  • Document non-conformance issues through the appropriate reporting channels in accordance with quality guidelines.
  • Collaborate effectively with various departments, including Production Engineering and Quality Assurance, to resolve assembly-related challenges.
  • Provide support to fellow assembly personnel as needed to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Maintain accurate records and follow administrative procedures within the Manufacturing Department.
  • Utilize company IT systems, including ERP, for daily operational tasks such as inventory checks and part inquiries.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
  • Experience in manufacturing assembly, particularly with soldering and crimping techniques.
  • Skilled in operating production tools such as soldering irons and crimping devices.
  • Competent in using IT resources effectively.
  • Experience with surface mount technology is a plus.
