Job Title: Nightshift Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nightshift Supervisor to join our team at Starbucks Coffee Company. As a Nightshift Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of baristas and ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional experience during late-night hours.

• Lead a Team: Collaborate with the Store Manager to lead a team of baristas and ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
• Operational Excellence: Execute store operations during scheduled shifts, including organizing opening and closing duties, and ensuring that all partners follow Starbucks operational policies and procedures.
• Customer Experience: Provide quality beverages and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards.
• Training and Development: Participate in training programs and provide coaching to partners to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.

• Previous Experience: Previous coaching or supervisory experience in a customer-facing role is required.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team are essential.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse team are required.
• Operational Knowledge: Knowledge of Starbucks operational policies and procedures is necessary.
