About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Service Supervisor to join our team at Smart Search Technical Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our field service operations and ensuring the successful installation, commissioning, and maintenance of our water efficiency technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site surveys and assessments to identify customer needs and develop solutions
  • Lead and manage a team of technicians to ensure timely and efficient installation and maintenance of our systems
  • Commission and test our systems to ensure they meet customer requirements
  • Perform planned and reactive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance
  • Identify and resolve technical issues through fault finding and troubleshooting
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure our team is equipped with the latest knowledge and skills

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a field service supervisor role, preferably in the construction or water efficiency industry
  • Strong technical knowledge of plumbing and water efficiency systems, including rainwater harvesting and greywater recycling
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team
  • High level of motivation and interest in self-progress, with a desire to continuously improve and develop skills
  • Experience in providing services to the building industry, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations
  • General computer knowledge and communication skills, with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Full valid manual driving license (over the age of 25 years)
