Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment Team Leader to join our team at James Andrews Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing a team of Onboarding Administrators and ensuring the smooth onboarding of new starters within the organization.
About the Role:
This is a full-time and permanent position, with a salary banding of £32,000 - £34,000. The successful candidate will be required to work 1-2 days in our Head Office in Halesowen and the rest of the time will be spent working from home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 10 Onboarding Administrators, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Monitor staff performance and KPIs to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Ensure that all onboarding processes are carried out correctly, including right to work, DBS, referencing, and employment gap checks.
- Chair regular meetings with team members to discuss progress and provide support as required.
- Conduct appraisals and one-to-one meetings, addressing any staffing issues that may arise.
- Report back to hiring managers and the wider recruitment team on the progress of new starter onboarding.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to develop and coordinate team work.
- Comprehensive knowledge of right to work and DBS checks.
