Butler Rose is seeking a highly experienced and ambitious Tax Director or Partner to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of tax professionals, providing guidance and support in complex tax matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of tax professionals, providing guidance and support in complex tax matters.
- Offer expert advice and planning on various aspects of private client tax, including inheritance tax, capital gains tax, and trust planning, as well as corporate tax.
- Conduct thorough tax reviews and provide accurate and timely compliance services.
- Stay up-to-date with changing tax regulations and legislation, ensuring clients' compliance with all relevant laws.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, and actively engage in business development activities to attract new clients.
Requirements
- CTA qualified with proven experience in a Director, Associate, or partner capacity within a mixed tax role working for a highly reputable UK-based accounting firm.
- In-depth knowledge of UK tax legislation across all tax types.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.
- Strong and proven leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of inspiring and mentoring junior professionals.
- A client-focused approach, demonstrating the ability to understand clients' needs and deliver effective solutions.
