Job Title: Reporting Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Reporting Analyst to join our team at myairops, a leader in SaaS products for the aviation industry. As a Reporting Analyst, you will play a critical role in creating, updating, and refining SQL reports tailored to our customer environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop reports in SSRS, leveraging SQL and data visualization principles to create meaningful and visually appealing reports.
  • Analyze and query data using SQL scripts, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success Team to drive continuous improvement initiatives related to reporting and data.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, conveying insights and recommendations through comprehensive reports and documentation.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in reporting tools and techniques, adapting swiftly to changes to maintain efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in SSRS and SQL for report creation, with demonstrable professional experience in report creation, preferably in a SaaS software development or related environment.
  • Strong understanding of data visualization principles and experience in creating and delivering impactful reports that have added value to customers and contributed to business objectives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documenting processes, creating comprehensive reports, and effectively conveying insights to stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance reporting capabilities.
