We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contracts Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in managing the tender process from initiation to completion, ensuring seamless collaboration between sales, technical support, and clients.
Responsibilities- Oversee the entire tender lifecycle, collaborating closely with the Sales team and engaging directly with customers as needed.
- Work with Sales Support, Technical Support, and other departments to maintain accurate and up-to-date tender responses for the UK/Nordic markets.
- Coordinate special pricing arrangements for database and software products in conjunction with designated Sales Representatives.
- Provide Sales with essential billing terms and information regarding handling charges.
- Assist Sales in creating and updating Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Business Proposals as required.
- Track the progress of ongoing quotations and tenders, providing regular updates to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain contracts and agreements, ensuring timely extensions when necessary.
- Compile financial data and contribute to the evaluation of pricing decisions for both tenders and quotations.
- Prepare and distribute comprehensive consortium and financial reports.
- Manage NetCRM diligently, ensuring all updates are conducted in accordance with established requirements.
- Provide support for conferences, exhibitions, and events.
- Contribute to social media and marketing initiatives.
- Exceptional written communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Proven administrative experience within a role involving contracts or the bidding process.
