This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a skilled Criminal Defense Attorney to join our team at NPA Recruit. As a Criminal Duty Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of crime work, including representation at the police station and magistrates court.

• Develop and manage a caseload of crime work, including representation at the police station and magistrates court.
• Participate in the out-of-hours rota for police station attendance.
• Represent clients detained at police stations and provide legal advice and support.
• Attend on clients in the magistrates court and represent them during legal proceedings.
• Draft instructions to counsel and expert witnesses for court cases.
• Handle a wide variety of crown court cases and manage the defense strategy for each case effectively.

• Duty Accreditation is essential for this role.

As a Criminal Duty Solicitor with NPA Recruit, you will receive a one-time payment of £1000 as a signing bonus, funded solely by NPA Recruit LTD. This payment will be disbursed to you within 14 days from the date of your commencement of new employment, subject to the agreed-upon terms and conditions.
