About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Parts Telesales Advisor to join our Trade Parts Hub in Cardiff. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing trade accounts, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Telesales of branded automotive car and LCV parts, accessories, and consumables to new and existing b2b trade customers, local and regional businesses, and fleet clients.
- Develop and maintain trade accounts, identifying up-sale opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Ensure accuracy of all orders, courtesy calls to customers before delivery van cut-off times, and delivery of top-quality customer service.
- Cover the click-and-collect counter and assist with quarterly stock takes, warehouse, and logistics tasks as required.
Requirements:
We are looking for candidates with experience in parts telesales, ideally involving business-to-business, trade car and van parts, TPS, or motor factor supply to fleet clientele. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, be able to organize themselves effectively under pressure, and be highly customer-focused.
Working Hours:
The working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm with 30-min lunch break, plus 1-in-3 Saturday mornings, 8:30am to 12:30pm.
Benefits:
We offer a basic salary of £29,979 pa, comprising £28,500 pa for weekday work plus £1,479 pa for the Saturday morning overtime, paid at time-and-a-half. The monthly bonus allows earnings up to or in excess of £32,775 per annum. Benefits include 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays, pension, employee and family discounts, eye care vouchers, subsidised car option after 3 months' service, share incentive scheme, and superb career opportunities Group-wide.
