Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Laboratory Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations of our National Laboratory. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of our raw materials and final products.
Key Responsibilities- Team Management: Supervise and train a team of Laboratory Technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.
- Sample Management: Coordinate with Plant Managers to obtain samples and schedule daily testing, ensuring the laboratory workload is completed efficiently.
- Quality Control: Review complaints and non-conformities, implementing corrective actions to maintain high-quality standards.
- Lab Operations: Develop and manage the laboratory budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost control.
- Housekeeping: Promote a clean and organized laboratory environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
- Equipment Maintenance: Inspect and maintain testing apparatus, ensuring calibration status and optimal performance.
- Research and Development: Collaborate with the Technical Manager to research and develop new raw materials, products, and construction systems.
- Regulatory Compliance: Maintain CE mark testing for relevant products, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Ad-Hoc Projects: Support the Technical Manager on various business proposals and projects related to the laboratory and its outputs.
