Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic KS3 Teaching Assistant to join a dynamic Secondary School in a supportive environment. The ideal candidate will possess a genuine interest in supporting students' learning and development, effective communication skills, and a solid understanding of educational principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the classroom teacher to deliver engaging lessons and activities, promoting a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
- Provide individual and small group assistance to students during learning sessions, fostering a supportive and encouraging environment.
