About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Disabilities Support Worker to join our team in Llantwit Major. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental illness to live independently and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, or mental illness
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
  • Support individuals to access the community and participate in leisure activities and appointments
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to create a safe and stimulating environment
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
