We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Community Care Specialist to join our team at The Richmond Fellowship Scotland. As a Night Shift Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with a variety of needs in our communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centered support to individuals with complex needs, promoting independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies to ensure seamless support and care.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with service users, their families, and carers.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual support plans.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a community care setting, preferably with a focus on night shifts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to promoting dignity, respect, and inclusivity in all interactions.
