Quality Assurance and Compliance Lead
Location: Blackpool
Salary: £37,261 - £41,496 (dependent on experience)
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Role Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance and Compliance Lead with expertise in overseeing regulatory inspections and compliance audits within an adult education framework.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in managing comprehensive audit processes and will be familiar with the Education Inspection Framework as well as ISO9001 standards.

Your role will involve collaborating with operational teams to establish a robust quality management system that enhances the services provided by each department.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Identifying and managing risks associated with quality assurance.
  2. Developing quality improvement objectives and timelines across all service areas.
  3. Preparing detailed reports on quality and compliance for presentation to senior management and stakeholders.
  4. Serving as the primary contact for all audits and inspections.

Additionally, candidates should hold a relevant teaching qualification, such as Cert Ed, DTTLS, or Level 4, along with IV/EV certification and a qualification in ISO9001.
