Job Description

Job Title: Payroll Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team at Robert Walters Operations Limited. As a Payroll Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing payroll processes for our employees across Spain and France.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Process Management: Manage and oversee payroll processes ensuring accurate payment of salaries.
  • Legislative Compliance: Perform payroll-related functions under country and local laws, process legislative changes, and maintain compliance updates.
  • Payroll Data Management: Collect payroll and benefit information from various sources, review and verify payroll data, and maintain the Time & Attendance system.
  • Communication: Communicate with employees regarding all payroll matters and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Native or fluent language skills in French and Spanish.
  • Payroll Experience: Experience of managing Spain/France payroll processes (Headcount 500+).
  • Time & Attendance Systems: Experience with Time & Attendance systems (Pro-time knowledge).
  • Communication and Administrative Skills: Excellent communication and administrative skills.
  • Microsoft Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt and be proactive in adjusting to changing requirements.
  • Deadline Management: Experience of working to tight deadlines.
