About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Communications Specialist to join our team at Ring Ring Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional communications, engagement, and PR services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective communications strategies to engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage and execute PR campaigns, including media relations, social media, and crisis communications.
  • Provide guidance and support to clients on communications and stakeholder management.
  • Contribute to the development of company exhibition materials and manning stands.
  • Support programme management activities and liaise with design and web partners.
  • Prepare presentations, briefings, and correspondence, and create basic charts, designs, and diagrams.
  • Manage and support events, focus groups, and other engagement activities.
  • Measure and monitor the effectiveness of communications activities and contribute to client updates and reports.

Requirements:

  • 5 years-plus professional PR/communications experience.
  • Background in NHS/healthcare sector preferred.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and prioritize workload.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
