We are seeking a highly skilled Production Chemist to join our team at RBW Consulting. As a key member of our production team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our pharmaceutical products.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and maintain production equipment in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines.
- Monitor production processes and perform quality checks to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production efficiency and improve product quality.
- Document and report on production activities and outcomes, including any issues that arise during production.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production-related problems in a timely and effective manner.
- Degree in a life science subject, such as Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Pharmacology.
- Experience working in a GMP environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality, with a focus on ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Flexibility to work 12-hour night shifts, with a unique shift pattern that allows for a full week off every other week.
