About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sports and Fitness Tutor to join our team at Windsor Forest Colleges Careers. As a Sports and Fitness Tutor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and training in Sports and Fitness to adults with Special Needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver effective teaching and training in Sports and Fitness to adults with Special Needs, focusing on developing independence and employability skills.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, including teachers and managers, to deliver a high-quality college experience and outcome for every student.
  • Develop and implement RARPA-based programs in Sport and Fitness, ensuring that they meet the needs of adults with learning disabilities.
  • Deliver a minimum of 2 hours of teaching per week, with a focus on Tuesday afternoons.

Requirements:
