• Handle a varied residential conveyancing caseload, including sales and purchases of residential property, residential property investments and lettings, re-mortgages, shared and joint ownership matters, matrimonial transfers, probate sales, new homes, and Help to Buy.
• Work closely with the team to deliver excellent client service and achieve high-quality results.

• Experience as a residential property fee earner or paralegal, with a strong understanding of residential conveyancing law and procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
