Location: The ideal candidate will be situated in the Basingstoke area, serving the South East region.

- Competitive salary ranging from £23,796 to £28,000, with additional opportunities for bonuses and readily available overtime.
- Full-time position with a 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday.

Role Overview:
As a Water Quality Specialist, you will report directly to your Field Manager and serve as the representative of our company at client sites, enhancing relationships with existing clients. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance of their systems while collaborating with supportive colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conducting water sampling.
- Monitoring temperatures.
- Descaling shower heads and hoses.
- Servicing Thermostatic Mixing Valves (TMVs).
- Performing tank cleans and inspections.
- Cleaning, disinfecting, and maintaining cooling towers.
- Conducting endoscopic inspections of calorifiers.
- Executing mains injection pipework chlorination tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in technical services, including closed heating and chilled system testing, cooling tower checks, and boiler water treatment.
- Plumbing and water treatment skills.
- Experience with acid descaling of boilers, towers, and condensers.
