Watch Technician Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Watch Technician to join our team at Watches of Switzerland Group.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform battery changes and reseals on various watch brands with precision and attention to detail.
  • Adjust watch bracelets and straps to ensure a secure and comfortable fit.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to achieve sales targets and provide a seamless customer experience.
  • Administer tasks with a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of the role.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals, providing support and assistance as needed.
Requirements:
  • Experience in watch repair and maintenance, with a focus on battery changes and reseals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • A positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
  • Strong administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
