Advanced Practitioner - Duty and Assessment

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Practitioner to join our team in delivering high-quality social care services to children and young people. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert assessment and duty services, working closely with colleagues and partners to ensure the best possible outcomes for our service users.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide expert assessment and duty services to children and young people, using your knowledge and skills to identify and address their needs.
  2. Work collaboratively with colleagues and partners to develop and implement effective plans to support service users.
  3. Contribute to the development and delivery of high-quality social care services, ensuring that they are responsive to the needs of children and young people.
  4. Participate in quality improvement initiatives, sharing your expertise and experience to drive continuous improvement.
