About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Leisure Cleaner to join our team at Village Hotels. As a key member of our night shift team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout our leisure club.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Health & Safety Checks: Conduct thorough cleaning and health & safety checks throughout the club, ensuring a safe and clean environment for our members.
  • Security Checks: Perform full security checks throughout the night, ensuring the security of the club and the safety of our members.
  • Knowledge of NOP & EAP: Possess full and up-to-date knowledge of the Night Operating Procedures (NOP) and Emergency Action Plan (EAP).
  • Leisure Night Audit Procedures: Use your training and knowledge to carry out leisure night audit procedures to the Company standard.
  • Security and Emergency Procedures: Develop a detailed knowledge of security and emergency procedures and carry them out to the Company standard.
  • Operational Standards: Maintain operational standards to the highest possible level in respect of service, hygiene, health and safety, and minimize wastage.
  • Assistance to Hotel Night Team: Assist the Hotel Night Team as required.
  • Training and Development: Attend fire training every 3 months and any other required Health & Safety training.
  • Knowledge of Hotel Facilities: Demonstrate full knowledge of the hotel's facilities and be able to convey relevant information.
  • Customer Service: Deal with complaints politely and positively, making every effort to resolve issues on the spot. If unable to resolve, pass all information to the Night Manager/Leisure Club Manager.
