Job Summary
East Sussex College Group is seeking a skilled Plumbing Assessor to join their team. The ideal candidate will have industry experience and qualifications in Plumbing Installation up to level 3 (level 5 desirable).
Key Responsibilities
- Audit and assess learners for End Point Assessment.
- Teach and assess a range of theoretical and practical courses in Plumbing Installation.
- Establish effective partnerships with employers and learners to ensure successful outcomes.
- Provide relevant information, advice, and assessment to individuals to support their learning journey.
- Ensure compliance with relevant authorities and policies to maintain a safe and effective learning environment.
- Continually develop professionally in the field of Plumbing Installation to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
- Organize and manage learner paperwork effectively to ensure accurate records.
Requirements
- Industry experience and qualifications in Plumbing Installation up to level 3 (level 5 desirable).
- TAQA Assessors qualification or equivalent.
- Work-based assessment experience in Plumbing Installation.
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage a caseload of learners effectively.
