Job Title: Learning and Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Manager to join our team at Hr Careers & Nationwide Recruitment Service (NRS). This is a permanent, full-time role that will involve delivering training to care homes across the southeast region.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Learning and Development Manager to join our team and contribute to the growth and development of our care sector clients. As a Learning and Development Manager, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that meet the needs of our clients and their staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver training programs for care home staff
  • Develop and maintain relationships with care home managers and staff
  • Conduct training needs assessments and develop training plans
  • Deliver training sessions to care home staff
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
Requirements:
  • PTTLS or equivalent award/qualification in Education and/or Training
  • NVQ/Diploma minimum Level 3 or equivalent qualification
  • Understanding of the care sector regulatory environment
  • Training experience, preferably in a healthcare environment
  • Experience in communicating at a senior level
  • Experience of working in a highly compliant/CQC organization
