Position Overview

As the Recruitment & Training Administrator, you will deliver exceptional administrative, recruitment, and training assistance to both external clients and internal team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing a professional and supportive front-line service Assisting clients or the public who reach out to the SDS team for guidance on various care-related matters Addressing daily inquiries directed to the SDS team Advertising job openings across multiple platforms to enhance visibility Ensuring job postings and descriptions are current and accurate Overseeing candidates throughout the recruitment process, including verifying Right to Work and conducting reference checks Organizing and coordinating both in-person and online training sessions Managing invoicing and collaborating with payroll service providers Monitoring training requirements to guarantee that all Personal Assistants receive relevant and timely training
