Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the revenue and income department, driving growth and profitability
  • Providing regular reporting and analytical overviews to Senior Management on department performance and customer performance
  • Ongoing support and development of financial policies and procedures
  • Identifying opportunities to improve income, billing and revenue strategies
  • Reviewing and analysing data to identify trends and areas of improvement
  • Coaching and developing the Revenue and Income team
  • Budgeting and forecasting, ensuring accurate financial projections
  • Collaborating with other group international Finance Managers on best practice
  • Participating in ongoing strategic planning and decision-making

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified in Finance or Accounting, with a strong understanding of financial regulations
  • 5+ years experience working in a Chartered Public Accounting firm, with a proven track record of leadership and development
  • Strong analytical thinker with excellent attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Packages including Excel and other finance systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with all levels in the organisation
