About the Role
Pentagon Motor Group is seeking a Casual Driver to join their Fleet Department in West Hallam. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver vehicles to customers within allocated time scales, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Check all vehicles for paperwork, damage, and correct specification, and complete any necessary documentation.
- Take the lead in resolving any customer concerns at handover.
- Log duties on daily log sheets and notify the team of available working hours.
Requirements
- A full, manual, current UK driving license.
- Excellent organisational skills, communication, and attention to detail.
- An understanding of the Highway Code and other current traffic and motoring regulations.
- A friendly and polite manner, with a positive can-do attitude and team player attitude.
