Alchemy Global Talent Solutions is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted strategies to capture them.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets, contributing to the overall revenue growth of the company.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client experiences and continuous improvement of our services.
- Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotations to potential clients, working closely with the operations team to ensure feasibility and alignment with client expectations.
- A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the international moving, relocation, or logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of the London market and the challenges associated with international relocation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid UK driving license and willingness to travel within London and surrounding areas as required.
