Position Overview

Are you a skilled Vehicle Maintenance Technician seeking a new opportunity with a dynamic and expanding organization?

TGM International LTD t/a Auto Professionals is experiencing significant growth and is in search of a Vehicle Maintenance Technician to become a vital part of our team.

What We Offer:

  • Full-time / Permanent position
  • Competitive salary ranging from £40,000 to £50,000, based on experience
  • Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Flexible scheduling options available
  • No weekend work required
  • Opportunity for overtime on Saturdays

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience in disassembling and reassembling various makes and models of vehicles, with a preference for those with a background in commercial vehicles
  • Conduct diagnostic assessments on vehicles
  • Perform Geometry Wheel Alignment
  • Handle suspension and mechanical tasks
  • Disassemble and reassemble vehicles pre- and post-painting
  • Manage the removal and installation of bumpers and doors
  • Repair interior plastics and seating
  • Fix exterior plastics
  • Windscreen repairs are desirable but not mandatory
  • Disassemble and reassemble dashboards
  • Address wiring issues throughout the vehicle

Qualifications:

  • ATA/NVQ/IMI/City & Guilds Level 2 or 3 certification as a Vehicle Maintenance Technician or equivalent experience in a similar role
  • Possession of a full, valid driving license
  • Essential prior experience in an accident repair center or with commercial vehicles
