We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Associate Minister to join our team at St James Fletchamstead. As a key member of our staff team, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and development of our church community.
About the RoleThe Associate Minister will be responsible for leading and supporting the church in its mission to make disciples and grow in faith. This will involve working closely with the senior leadership team to develop and implement strategies for evangelism, discipleship, and community outreach.
You will also be responsible for providing pastoral care and support to the congregation, as well as developing and leading worship services and other church events.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a team environment and have a strong commitment to the values and mission of the church.
Experience of working in a church or similar environment is essential, as is a strong understanding of Anglican theology and practice. You will also need to be able to demonstrate a passion for evangelism, discipleship, and community outreach.
