About The Position
Key Responsibilities:
Your primary duties will include:
- Collaborating with the production team to maintain high standards of efficiency and quality in paint application across all products.
- Upholding stringent quality control measures throughout the production cycle.
- Participating in ongoing training to stay current with evolving spray techniques, equipment, and materials.
- Conducting regular maintenance of spraying equipment and workspaces.
- Maintaining a clean and organized spray area, including daily and weekly cleaning routines.
- Adhering to all health and safety protocols as outlined in company policies.
- Reporting any health and safety concerns to team leaders promptly.
- Wearing and maintaining personal protective equipment (PPE) in good condition.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends, as required.
