Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and direction within your designated area of the plant

Candidate Profile
  • HND in Engineering or a related field; Bachelor's degree is advantageous
  • Membership in a recognized Professional Engineering Institution is preferred
  • Proven experience in managing significant engineering projects in operational settings
  • Capable of leading projects from initial concept through to successful implementation
  • Experience in budget oversight and financial management
  • Strong leadership qualities and team management abilities
