Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our client's professional team based at their office. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in residential sales, team management, and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve sales targets and grow business
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions
- Recruit, train, and develop sales team members to ensure high performance
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Sales Manager in the Property Industry
- Proven track record in residential sales, team management, and business development
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions
- Full UK driving license and car owner required
