CBW Staffing Solutions is excited to present a new role for a skilled HVAC Technician to join a well-established specialized contractor operating in the Leeds area.

The diverse clientele you will be serving includes fitness centers, dining establishments, hospitality venues, and entertainment facilities. This role offers opportunities for overtime with ample availability.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Conducting inspections of HVAC systems
  • Performing maintenance on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, including troubleshooting and repairs
  • Diagnosing and resolving equipment malfunctions
  • Servicing and maintaining air conditioning units
  • Executing installations of air conditioning systems
Qualifications and Essential Skills:
  • NVQ or equivalent qualifications in HVAC, specifically Level 2 NVQ in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
  • F-Gas Certification 2079
  • Demonstrated experience in commercial property maintenance, particularly with AC units, chillers, DX systems, and AHUs
  • Valid Full Driving License
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Attractive salary based on experience
  • On-call rotation of 1 in 4 (with travel time compensated at 1.5 times)
  • Significant overtime opportunities at 1.5 times the standard rate
