Job Role and Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and consistency of food and drink products. Key responsibilities include:

  • Packaging of all beers to relevant industry standards.
  • Maintenance of packaging, inventory, and housekeeping paperwork.
  • Operation of packaging equipment.
  • Detailed shift handover.
  • Preparation of packaging lines, including maintenance and changeovers.
  • Work safely and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Recording of all data to production sheets, database, and business software.
  • Ensuring cleanliness and sanitation of all equipment, tanks, and work areas to maintain consistent beer quality.
  • Collaboration with colleagues to achieve production goals.
  • Identification and reporting of mechanical issues to the Shift Leader or Brewery/ Packaging Manager.
  • Safe operation of a forklift.
  • Assistance to other employees as needed.
  • Flexibility to work varying schedules as required.
Requirements and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Relevant experience in food and drink production or packaging.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy weights.
