Key Responsibilities
  • Escorting passengers with special assistance needs through the airport.
  • Providing assistance with luggage and ensuring the safe transportation of passengers.
  • Completing daily equipment checks and reporting any defects.
  • Ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of wheelchairs and buggies.
  • Updating Centralised Control on progress using IT handsets.
  • Completing necessary paperwork in a timely and legible manner.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • Previous airport experience is an advantage but not essential.
  • Must be 18+ and pass security checks in-line with CAA regulations.
What We Offer
  • Competitive hourly rate of £12.07 (plus Holiday and Pension).
  • 24 hours per week (with overtime opportunities).
  • Monday to Thursday roster with 6-hour shifts.
  • Flexible shift pattern with earliest start time 04:30am and latest finish time 23:30pm.
  • Weekly pay every Friday.
  • Temp to Perm opportunity based on performance.
