About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Oracle HCM Manager to join our team at KPMG-UnitedKingdom. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of high-quality Oracle deployment projects, providing expert advice to clients, and contributing to business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of Oracle deployment projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Provide specialist advice to clients on optimizing Oracle processes, improving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives, identifying new opportunities and developing strategic plans to drive growth.
  • Support the growth of our Powered HR practice, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services.
  • Advise on technical integration of Oracle applications, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and senior management, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Coach and develop team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their full potential.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Oracle programmes, with a strong understanding of Oracle products and technologies.
  • Advanced understanding of HR processes and transformation projects, with a focus on improving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Excellent analytical and documentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and senior management.
  • Educated to degree level, with relevant certifications in Oracle and/or HR transformation.
