About the Role
As an Education Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with schools and colleges, sourcing and placing candidates in teaching and support staff roles. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with schools and colleges to identify recruitment needs and provide solutions
- Sourcing and placing candidates in teaching and support staff roles
- Conducting interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet client requirements
- Providing excellent customer service to clients and candidates
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure effective recruitment strategies
Requirements
- Minimum 12 months recruitment experience, preferably in education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Computer literate with experience of CRM systems
