Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Assistant with a passion for interior design and a keen eye for detail to specialise in our range of rugs, carpet, flooring, window furnishings, and homewares. This full-time position offers you the opportunity to work in an environment where your expertise will help customers turn their homes and spaces into something special.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalised assistance to customers by understanding their needs and recommending suitable products from our extensive range of rugs, carpets, flooring, and homewares.
  • Achieve sales targets by actively engaging with customers, upselling complementary products, and following up on leads.
  • Ensure that the showroom is well-organised and visually appealing, with displays that showcase our products effectively.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a retail sales role, preferably with a focus on rugs, carpets, window furnishings, or flooring.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and sales software.
