Job Summary:

WRK Digital is seeking a highly skilled Contract Solutions Architect to lead the design and development of large-scale architecture solutions for a global business undergoing an ERP transformation program.

About the Role:

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with a talented group of professionals to define and implement enterprise architecture solutions that align with the company's strategic direction. Your expertise will be instrumental in designing and developing solutions that positively impact the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and own the enterprise architecture for critical global systems, responsible for architecting both the target state and interim state architectures.
  • Conceptualize creative solutions, develop specifications, and present solutions to senior leadership for inclusion in a global strategic plan.
  • Perform planning, architectural development, modeling, analysis, and resource assessment and scheduling.
  • Assess the compatibility and integration of proposed architecture solutions to ensure an integrated architecture across interdependent technologies.
  • Support change readiness initiatives as needed.
  • Implement transitional architecture to achieve strategic roadmap.
  • Evaluate technology and components against existing and future needs.
  • Champion enterprise effectiveness methodologies.

Requirements:

  • Significant enterprise-level design experience.
  • Worked on large-scale, business transformation projects, including complex integrations, ideally involving the migration of a complex legacy landscape to a modern ERP architecture.
  • Exposure to modern tools and techniques (k8s, major cloud hyperscalers, agile, global large-scale eCommerce) and the cross-domain enterprise-grade processes that support these.
  • Extensive knowledge of architecture design across multiple domains, including finance, supply chain, and ERP.
  • Good relationship-building and communication skills and the ability to influence a variety of people across the business.
  • History of pragmatic and timely decision-making.
  • Results-driven - an agent for change who relishes working in a small strategic team to influence the trajectory of a multi-billion-dollar business.

What We Offer:

A hybrid working arrangement with a split of 2-3 days in our Leeds office and the remainder working remotely.
