Wincanton is looking for a skilled Transport Administration Clerk to support their operational activities. This position is integral to a dynamic Transport division, focusing on various administrative functions associated with logistics and back-office processes.
The ideal candidate will work on a rotating schedule of 3 days on and 3 days off, with shifts spanning 12 hours from 6 am to 6 pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the timely and precise management of vehicle movements
- Ensure adherence to key performance indicators and service level agreements
- Promote a culture of ongoing improvement and operational excellence
- Comply with Health and Safety regulations and protocols
- Maintain comprehensive records and manage transport IT systems effectively
Essential Requirements:
